Found in the Atlantic and Mediterranean the John Dory is identified by its unique eye like spots on either side of its body. It uses these spots while hunting to confuse its prey.

With a taste that is known to melt in your mouth, John Dory's are sometimes pan-fried and serve with a lemon butter sauce.
