Octopus
The common Octopus can be from 6 1/2 to 22 pounds. Our large octopus are from the Tropical Atlantic.
Octopus are served in a variety of ways: raw, deep fried, pan-fried, baked, or even stewed with white wine and tomatoes. When cooked the Octopus retains its chewy unique texture. They are very low carbohydrate seafood option to add into ones diet.
